Handle weddings end-to-end, from planning to final output, Lead shoots with clarity, making decisions in real time, Capture moments with a strong sense of light, framing, and timing, Direct when needed, but stay true to natural storytelling, Manage clients, teams, and on-ground flow with ease

3+ years in wedding filmmaking

Strong visual sense and leadership ability

Assist on shoots and take ownership of assigned coverage
Capture supporting moments with consistency and awareness
Understand and adapt to different wedding environments
Collaborate closely with the team on groundABOUT YOU

Basic understanding of camera and storytelling

Willingness to learn and grow
